Sheree R. Curry is a business journalist and editor with more than 15 years of professional experience. She primarily covers management best practices, personal finance, real estate, diversity issues, media and marketing.

She writes regularly for the Wall Street Journal on real estate trends and consumer issues, including writing the weekly Money’s Worth real estate column and doing a semimonthly piece for RealEstateJournal.com. Sheree’s work has also appeared in Television Week, Trump magazine, Black Enterprise, Entrepreneur, People and dozens of other national publications.

Sheree previously was a staff reporter at Fortune, an associate editor at Advertising Age and a tenure-track journalism instructor at Drake University.

She holds a Master’s of Science in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.A. in Portuguese with concentrations in Teaching English as an International Language and sociology. She has lived abroad in Portugal and Israel, where she taught English and wrote for Negev magazine. She has also taken financial statement analysis and accounting courses at New York University.
